Check Your Order Upon Delivery

Customers are requested to check their order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any issue with the product, please take clear photos or videos as proof and send them to our customer care team through:

Photos or videos may be required to review and verify your exchange request.

First-Time Color Exchange

We offer a free first-time exchange for a different color of the same product after delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The exchange request must be supported by clear pictures or videos of the product.

• The product must be returned to us for examination.

• Once we receive the product, our team will inspect its condition.

• The exchange is available only for a different color of the same product. We do not exchange it for another product or a different item.

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

• If the product is damaged, used, or does not meet our exchange conditions, the exchange request will not be accepted.

• All delivery and shipping charges related to the exchange must be paid by the customer.

The exchange will be processed only after the returned product has been received and approved by our team.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any items. Once an order has been delivered, no refund request will be accepted. Eligible requests are limited to the color exchange terms described above.
